Seamless stainless steel pipe/tube is formed by drawing a solid steel billet over a piercing rod to create the hollow shell. Seamless stainless steel pipe provides the most reliable pressure retaining characteristics, and is often more easily available than welded stainless steel pipe/tube, well comparing with welded stainless steel tube the disadvantage is the available dimension is smaller than welded stainless steel pipe and the wall thickness can be as even as welded stainless steel pipes/tubes.
